How do I sell my Woodard set?

I have my mom and dad's Woodard dining table 4 chairs and two arm chairs with the tea cart. It's always been indoors so there's minimal rust. It's the acorn pattern. I've never sold anything online could you give me any tips. I would be grateful. Thank betsypike11@gmail.com

Have you already tried placing an ad in your local paper for this? There is also Craig's List and Penny Saver papers. If it is out of the area the shipping and packing would be a real pain to deal with. Is this furniture antique? If so there are shops around that would sell on consignment or possibly buy it outright from you.
I like Facebook market place. It is free like Craig's list but without the stigma. You'll need to join, quick and easy. Take several good pictures, including rust areas. Take measurements so you can write up a description and come up with a price, knowing they will want to negotiate . Look at what others are selling and how they set it up for ideas. Don't give out your address, just vacinity, until buyer contacts you. Accept only cash. You can use same info to list on Craig's list too. I'd offer the tea cart separate from the dining table with chairs. You can always do a bundle price. If you can wait, they may sell better in Spring.
Hi Betsy! Go to Facebook and there is a place called Marketplace where you can place a picture and add about the items you have for sale. Marketplace will come up with all different places. Try just typing in your town or a town close to you. I believe that will give you great exposure. Good luck to you!
