There ar oven thermometers you sit them on the oven grate. And if you have a window in the oven door you can monitor when to stove hits the correct temp. Call a repair person and see if they can locate the template for your dial.
Do an internet search for "stove stickers". I saw them on Ebay and Etsy.
What brand do you have? Generally you can purchase replacement knobs from the manufacturer. Gas or electric? Have the markings washed off all the knobs? If black knobs, get a silver permanent marker and remark the settings. If white knobs use a black permanent marker. And do not scrub so hard, I cook and clean my stove daily and have never had the settings wash off. Use less harsh chemicals going forward.

I believe you can buy a new sticker with the temperature and apply that onto your cooker
Use an oven thermometer (inside the cooker) to see what each setting is and mark with a permanent marker or paint pen.
