Stuff a cup of baking soda as deep into the drain as possible. Add a cup of white vinegar. Let sit 1 hour. Rinse. If needed, repeat. If still clogged, call a pro.

  • Pour a cup of baking soda and a cup of vinegar in the drain. Wait 5 minutes and run hot water. You can also try a plunger.

You could try putting equal amounts of baking soda down then follow it with white vinegar. It will bubble up, but if the drain is not too horrible, it will unclog it.

Hi there, I would start by taking the S trap that is under the sink off and cleaning it and the drain out manually as best you can. Once the drain is put back together, if you still have problems, pour half a cup of baking soda into the drain and then follow with 1/2 a cup of white vinegar then, after 5 minutes, pour several cops of bowling water down the drain. If not of that works you can always try the more toxic options like Draino etc.
