What type of material is the wall? You will probably have to fix it from behind unless the leak is through joints.
Sounds like too much weight pushing against the wall.
Line the leaking side with plastic .

If you want to keep the plants you'll have to put up with the dirt. To stop the leaks you'll have to dig out the dirt behind the wall and waterproof. Big job
