One of the easiest ways to get wall paper off is to warm it to soften the adhesive. A steamer works great for that. Here's how another Hometalk member tackled this project. Wishing you the best.

Wallpaper has a "face" and a backing. Strip as much of the face as you can. Use a spray bottle with white vinegar and water and spray the remainder. Soak it well and strip off with a joint compound knife. Use TSP to remove the glue residue. Good luck.
You would be better off removing the paneling and hanging drywall. The wood will be damaged from removing the wallpaper.
Try using a Steamer to remove the paper.
