What is the best way to remove backsplash?

Need to know how to remove tile backsplash without punching a hole in the wall.

    First question is what kind of backsplash do you have? Tile, wood, or laminate, etc? Each one has a different method to remove! But in most cases if your having to pry very hard? Get yourself a 4 ft or longer 1“x4” board and put it against your wall where each end of the board is hitting on the walls 2x4 in the wall. Then pry against the board and that will protect your wall

      Nothing wrong with replacing your drywall if you need/want to. Have you decided how you want to finish off your back splash or the wall?
