What to use to fix a large gap between countertop and wall

I have a large space between my counter top and wall. What and how can I do?

    Could you use it as a cookie or cutting board storage? Cover the top or extend the counter top and ad a long vertical door if you wish and use for anything that is long and thin. Or could you use it as a towel hanging rack space?

    how large-up to3 mm u can use white cement mixed with grout +a little bit of titebond all- purpose wood glue

    If it's not too wide, I'd line the back of the counter with crown molding or wall trim of some kind, Paint it with a high gloss paint so that it's washable.

    Wish there were a photo. I agree using molding or wall trim if it is not wide. Is it very wide? like 10 inches? Depending on how big it is and where in your kitchen layout it is, you may be able to build a spice rack to fill the space. Or maybe make a slot for cutting boards......

    I'd line the back of the counter with crown molding or wall trim of some kind or small slats
