Somewhere there is a short in the wires. You either have a broken wire or a loose connection.
No short or broken wire or the outlet would not be active. You have too many things plugged in on the same circuit as the dishwasher. Dishwasher should be on it's own circuit. I had a dishwasher and microwave on the same circuit. When both were running the circuit would pop. Couldn't run both at the same time. I eventually put the dishwasher on it's own circuit.
You may have a frayed wire or too many gadgets on one circuit. Someone trained in electricity should look at it for you. If money is tight this time of year like it is for so many of us, perhaps you could barter for their expertise and trade some work of your own for them such as cleaning, tutoring their children, babysitting, or any number of things.
