Cut it smaller?
Cut it down to a usable size, frame if you wish, rehang. It is not that expensive to have mirror cut and certainly safer to have done by professionals - mirrors can really splinter.
Is it a frame that broke? Or the glass? If the glass, is it a clean break? Or is it shattered?
A glass cutter tool can cut off the broken edge. Or take it to a window shop and the can cut it.
Simply cut it off with a glass cutter, or have glass store do it
I had that happen with an antique mirror - I took it to a professional glazier as antique glass is fragile. He cut the broken part off (straight across). Then I had a frame made for it. You can get a tool to cut glass - score the mirror with that along a straight edge like a ruler or straight board then snap the broken part off.
If it's manageable take it to a professional glass/window company. Contact them first as they may provide pick up, repair and delivery service. Be safe. Best of luck.
You can buy Pre-formed Corners used in packaging. Stick ir pin these in place on all 4 corners, then decorate to taste.
Much easier said, than done. Take it to a glass shop. Alot safer. Mirror cuts are NO FUN.
You could frame it out. Check out MirrorMates.
Thank you so much. I'm going to try this.
