How do I keep the bed risers from slipping?

Apartment living, I store things under the bed. When I had carpet, the risers stayed in place. Now I have laminate and the risers move and the whole bed collapses. I am not able to lift the bed myself, so always have to find someone to do it for me. Any ideas of how to keep them in place?

Buy an inexpensive rubber mat, one that won't mar your laminate floor, and cut it up into four pieces (or however many you need for your bed), putting one under each riser. I'm thinking of the rubber-type waffle-weave mats sold for lining tool drawers, or a rubber car mat, etc. That should keep the risers from sliding.
How about a square piece of rubber backed carpet under the risers.

Or put an area rug that has rubber backing of a pad under the bed.
