Take everything out of the drawer. Then figure out why it may have jumped the track. Then just reinsert correctly. Can you share a photo?
I agree! Check out the drawer slides. May out of kilter. Separated. Off adjustment. Damaged. Could be too much weight or can't handle the weight.
