Here are two tips for getting your drawers sliding as smooth as butter. Rub paraffin on the meeting parts of drawers to keep them working smoothly. You'll find paraffin with the canning supplies in your local grocery store. In a pinch you can also use candles, bar soap or even dry spray lubricant.
Beeswax works too if you have any handy.
aha lee valley tool sells a product tape that is like all the above and works excellent I live in home 1951 and have all wooden drawers no mess no fuss slids perfectly
Pull on each side a little at a time you couldplane the sides or rub a bar of soap on the sides were it sticks
Use a bar of soap on the runners.
We have the same problem with our drawers we are sanding them down where they stick so hopefully that will work they swell all the time when the weather temps change.
