what type of sliders do you have?
If they are sticking, you can try rubbing a candle or beeswax on them to help them glide more easily.
If they are sticking, rub a bar of soap on the sliders or put a very thin layer of Vaseline on it for maximum slide.
A photo, type, how they mount, and what is wrong with them would help.
