Acrylics epoxy
Super Glue or Gorilla Glue for Plastics will do the job. Clamping the chair together while the glue cures may be difficult. In that case just use a piece of board to give you a flat surface you can clamp to. Let the glue cure at least overnight, and up to three days. The glue actually bonds with the plastic if it is undisturbed. Enjoy the chair, with caution. Best wishes ☺️
Try melting stiroform with aceton ( gives you a kind of paste that can be modeled). There are videos on YouTube . Maybe can help
