William on Jun 20, 2017Seems like the chairs flex from being loose. Try to tighten any parts that may have screws. Use wood glue for the spindles, but if the chair flexes the glue bond can separate. What I have done after gluing is drill 1/8" holes where the spindles slip in to the chair. Drill through the wood and spindle. Insert a 6 penny finish nail going through the wood and spindle. Cut off the excess nail and counter sink it. Glue dries and nail prevent the spindles from popping out.Helpful Reply
