Does anyone know an easy(ish) way to remove rusted, jammed deck screws

I need to replace some deck boards outside my home but cannot remove the screws. They are rusty and the cross thread tops are distorted. Can anyone help?

Hi there, I would purchase a steel drill bit and drill them out. That's also my last case scenario but it does work! -

Use WD-40 Rust Release Penetrant Spray. It really works!!!! -

You could possible rent one instead of purchase. -

Spray with WD40 or a rust eater and you should be able to work the screws out easier -
