How do I clean up ugly edges on a cement pad?

I had a 12x18 cement pad made but my pitch is bad. So I have a 1-2 foot ugly cement messy drop. How can I make it better?

Landscaping. Add bushes.
I'd consider tiling the ends using the edges available at most DIY stores. (These are frequently used in kitchens/bathrooms but it may help hide the ugly.)
I wouldn't recommend walking on or stepping on them but if it's just for aesthetics, it may be worth a shot.
Could it be backfilled with either soil or some landscaping material? Maybe even bricks or pavers? Could you post a picture, that might give us more information to be able to get a better solution.
Hello Mekachi,
Simply Cement Pavers to the rough side on their ends or dig out a trench and build a wall to hide it , or use the opportunity to create a planting area between the cement pad and the wall or rest of the garden by adding brick rubble at the bottom and gravel and then soil banked up to the top and plant it up with maybe shrubs etc.
It's going to look so much more professional when it's done!
Either pour more concrete and smooth or cover with dirt.
