Nunna: Make sure that the water holes are clear of any calcium/lime build up. You might want to try this:

Quite a few of newer shower heads have a water saved screen in them , that lowers the pressure so you don't use as much water , sometimes you can take the shower head off and remove the filter. Sometimes it is just a mineral build up from hard water or sediment build up, that can be cleaned off or the screen can be replaced.
Newer shower heads have a restrictor in them where the head screws into the pipe. Unscrew the shower head from the pipe. Use a small screwdriver and it pops out. Screw the shower head back on. Use plumbers teflon tape on the threads of the pipe.
Hi Nunna. If there is no build up of calcium in the showerhead and this has just started, you need to have a plumber check your water lines for debris such as roots. If this is a new home for you, it may be the showerhead itself. There are low volume showerheads that restrict water flow. Good luck!
