How do you fix a leaking shower head

    Use a hug wrench and a wrench. Take a hand towel cover shower head area and take the the two wrenches and clamp down. Turn in opposite directions until tightened. The towel is to prevent scratching.

    You can take it apart and see if the seal that nestles between the shower head and pipe is bad, or take it apart and put pipe tape on the threads and reattach. It should be a fairly simple fix.

    Shower head should be installed on the shower arm using a few wraps of Teflon tape. This will keep the shower head from leaking. Did you intend to ask that question or are you asking how to fix a leaking faucet?

    I am still not understanding. Do you mean that the tub spout is dripping when the diverter is set to "shower"? If that is correct, is the diverter control on the tub spout or in the wall plate?
