If there is no access panel, you have to cut into the wall.
Check if you have an access door perhaps reached from whatever room is behind that wall. Many homes have cutoffs reached from behind. Most likely you will need to replace o rings, washers in faucets.
Plumber!!!
If the bath is on the second floor, many times the plumber cuts into the ceiling in the room below.... this way they can insure they've gotten the leak. Usually about a foot square hole. Not hard to fix when done.
