How do I rechrome my shower drain?

I would try chrome spray paint.

Looks like a bathtub plug but since you dont say I recommend you replace the entire thing. Re-chroming is very expensive and paint won’t last in a wet area. You need to be more specificcif you want good suggestions.

Unfortunately I think you need to be thinking replace at this point. This looks like a bathtub in the picture, and if it is the job isn’t too bad. Just make sure you buy a shower drain removal tool. Before you spend too much. Try scrunching up some tin foil and really give it a good going over. We used to do this with our bicycles when I was a kid. It may have gone too far but it will improve the look! good Luck!
