Hi Wiltz, Here's a link that may help: https://www.thespruce.com/fix-a-leaking-shower-arm-2718963
Good luck!
Get a pair of channel lock pliers, put a wash cloth over the bit where the shower head meets the neck and turn to the left. Then clean off old teflon tape, put a few turns of new tape around the threads, and reseat the shower head on it by hand, and then tighten with the pliers to your right. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_lkqpmtSV_A
Careful...if the neck doesn't want to turn don't force it. Some builders don't use screw in parts there and you could crack it or break it inside the wall. That will require that you get access through the adjoining wall and if you don't know how to do plumbing probably require a plumber.
WD40 should help you get that out-https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pmeelFQW6Hs
