If you'll be burning it, it's best not to refill it. Other than mason jars, it's not good practice to reuse a candle container because the glass the weaken with repeated heating.
Nooshin,. Put the candle in the glass in hot water, it will come loose. Aloha!
You could try putting the glass in a freezer overnight. I do this with old Bath & Bodyworks candles. Once the wax is frozen, use a butter knife to make small cracks. This should make it easy to pop up all of the leftover wax. I would obviously be careful, though. I don't know how thick the glass is that you're working with, so be cautious.
