I would use a kitchen tool that clamps to it and move it piece by piece.
You can use a blow dryer to soften the adhesive.
I’m having trouble picturing this. Can you share a photo?
Hi Nanc, depending on what type of glue you used, try to heat with a blow dryer, or use nail polish remover to soften the glue
