How do I fix broken curtain strings?
Hello EveryoneI need help, we moved into a small town about a year ago, we have big wall to wall window with Big curtains that is drown by strings, recently we had house guest and the kids were playing with it and now they broke the strings and the curtain doesn't open or close. I was wondering if anyone of you will have an idea on how to fix it.Thank you

You have 3 options. You can call a drapery co and see if their installer can replace and restring a traverse rod. You can watch an you tube video and do it yourself. Last you can buy a new traverse rod.
Restringing is possible, but it can be very tedious, and not a job for first timers.
Probably easier to follow Kelli's suggestions.
If you purchase new rods, note that they may not be nearly as sturdy as your current rods. Secure any draw cords with available device, secured to wall or floor, behind edge of drapery to preclude "interest" by visiting children...
