Get a new door, you can't get rid of th condensatio.
Sounds as if the vacuum is gone. There is an inert gas between the panes which insulates and keeps the condensation from forming. I don't know if you can repair the seal or not, but you could ask someone who installs the doors.
There is a techique from England they've used for years thats being used in US now..... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XystwW83OO0

Can't be really repaired for the long term. Once the seal is compromised the inert gas (usually Argon) leaks out and replace by air causing the condensation. The niche market just cleans the inside glass but doesn't address the leaking seal, loss of the inert gas, or insulating factor of the panel.. The glass panel would need to be replaced.
You'll need to ventilate the area, here are some suggestions for you: https://www.stanekwindows.com/17-window-condensation-solutions.aspx
Unfortunately I don't believe it can be. However I would call the manufacturer. The door may still be under warranty, because that shouldn't happen.
