Hi Mary, you can either sand them out or use a wood filler and do a skim coat.
If the scratches are deeper than the finish, you may need to use wood filler and then sand to make the doors smooth again. Then you can use wood-colored markers to match the doors. (You can use different colors to get just what you want. I have found the markers at Dollar Tree, home improvement, paint, and hardware stores. You’ll be surprised at how quickly you can repair scrapes in wood and how good it looks.
If they aren't deep you can use gel stain to cover them.
