How do I get my sliding screen door stay on track?

My back sliding screen door is forever popping out of the track. I seem to have it in correctly but it’s super hard to slide and just falls right out. Any help ideas?

Spray track slot and runners with WD-40. It should run well a push back and forth a bit....But if out of line, it will need adjusting.....

WD-40 is good but if you don't have it, just use some cooking spray to test the effectiveness of it.

WD40 should do the trick. Make sure the track is clean. Don't use anything oily. Attracts dirt.

On the bottom of your screen, there are adjustments you can make so it will not be so loose and pop out of the track.

The wheels may need replacing. You can get replacement wheels. Or the track may be bent. It can be fixed by bending it back with pliers. Or maybe the track just needs cleaning and a spray of WD-40. I'd start in reverse order - cleaning the rack first and replacing the wheels last.

You may need to lubricate the track on a regular basis. Try WD40 or lithium grease.

The track maybe bent or the wheels are dirty/broken. Take the door off and see what is going on with the bottom of it.
