How to fix the frame of a door?

after couple of years of renovation, the frame of a door is falling off. How to put it back?

I guess you are talking about the trim that goes around the door that hides the actual framework that hold the door up. That's an easy fix with some small finishing nails and a hammer. Simply re-nail the trim piece to the framing wood. The only trick is to get it into the wood, but not too close to the end of the trim to cause it to split. Hope this helps!
