    If it is just a screw hole I'd use painters caulk or spackling(either one about $3), fill the hole, sand and paint.

    Easy fix.

    Thank you. Sounds easy enough. Thought I had to use some special filler.

    If it needs to be waterproof, maybe go with an auto-body filler like Bondo. Otherwise go with what you have!
