    Hi Ralph,

It would help to know what kind of blinds you're asking about. My mind immediately goes to metal or plastic horizontal blinds or mini-blinds. Do you mean vertical blinds? If so are they vinyl or fabric. Or do you have wood blinds that are real wood? If they are plastic or vinyl, you could try rubbing alcohol on the paint spots. If they are fully painted, more information would be helpful. Wishing you the best.

One way is to pour rubbing alcohol on the dried paint, then rub with a tooth brush. Once you're removed all that you can wipe it with a rag or sponge. Repeat until it's all gone. The only issue is that this could cause the fabric to "pill" due to the rubbing of the brush. Sturdier fabrics are better. Wishing you the best.

Assuming you are talking about paint drops and oopsies I would spray a paper towel with Goof-off and hold it on the spot or rub it back and forth for a minute. Then when the product has had time to react with the paint you should be able to get it off with green scrubby. Rinse and dry afterwards.

If latex paint & vinyl blinds, take down blinds. Put them in a bathtub of warm soapy water & soak. After about half hour, paint should come off easily with a brush or even fingernail or wash rag. After paint is off, rinse, let dry, & rehang blinds.
