Hi Frank, maybe this link can help you:

Remove the buttons located on the rail at the bottom of the blinds. Gently use a flat-head screwdriver to remove the plugs.
Once the plugs are removed, pull the cords out and untie any knots.
One by one you will have to remove each blind slat, working your way up the blind until you have removed the bad or damaged slat.Replace the damaged slat with the spare and one by one insert the slats back into the tilt ladders, threading the lift cord back through the routed holes.
Insert the bottom rail and run the cords back through the holes.
Re-tie the cords and insert them back into the bottom rail of the window blinds.
Re-insert the buttons back into the blinds bottom rail and your done!

I have done this on corded blinds. I thought I knew how to do it on a cordless mini blind, but my lift cords have totally disappeared, I can see the holes they should be coming out of, but no cords! Help!
My lift cord has totally disappeared🥺 Can anyone help me resolve this issue.
I just did this myself. You will have to take the blind down and where the mechanics of the mini blind are, right in the center, the string is coiled up in there. Take a small screw driver to pull the thread out. You’ll have to do it to both sides. Then guide the string back through the metal hole. It make take some time. It did for me. Then pull through and replace the slats.
