Near the bottom of my garage door there are two holes where weather have taken their toll. How do we repair this?
You don't say what is wrong, so I'll assume the door is binding or out of the track. Tambour doors are strips of wood that are glued onto a canvas sheet and placed into the tracks on each side. You will probably need to determine how to get them out to do repairs. A picture would have helped.
We called Home Depot.
The door no longer rolls up correctly. It sags on the inside of the cabinet. That’s the sag in the photo. If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know.
Check the guide that door edges rest in - something may be hindering its movement or it could be loose. I replaced mine with piece of of plastic that I cut an extra flange off of and screwed it into the space and it rolls perfectly every time.
