Don't use nails for hanging wreaths.

I have wreaths that I have made hanging all around my house, even on bedroom and bathroom doors. But, I use the Command adhesive hooks that when removed leave no marks or holes. The grapevine wreaths might not need anything added, but a simple craft wire loop is all you need for a hanger. And, an added benefit, you will not need to patch up holes if you decide to repaint.
