Not really a question, but a reminder. Don't get in a hurry in spring

Last month I got in a hurry trying to clean up /pick up after a wind storm, bent over the wrong way to pick up something. As soon as I did it, I knew i had made a bad mistake and had to make 2 trips to the chiropractor to get my back into shape. As a result, I am now a month behind schedule and still have to be careful not to re injure my back. Especially when we get older, we take longer to recover from this kind of mistake so be careful and pay attention to what you are doing. OH, DON'T GET IN A HURRY!

Now you tell me! Where were you last month? It seems I do this almost every spring. So much to do and so little time to do it in. and the squirrels are eating every thing I put out. Tried red pepper, ginger to no avail. Makes me mad that they just bite branches off and drop them because they don't want it.

In case the chiropractor didn't tell you , don't bend! Squat instead it's more ergonomically correct . I hope you feel better soon !

But when you get in a hurry, you don't remember that plus the knees don't like to bend

Remember to stretch, never bend over at the waist without bending your knees. Lift from the legs not the back. Happy healing. Don't get to flustered as the work will be there when u feel better

Yes, the work will still be there, that is one thing I can always count on
