I have a super small entry way, so I made a coat rack out of a board and 3 coat hooks. It was so easy and now my guests have somewhere to hang their coats and bags!

Can you put a bench under the hooks to sit down and change shoes. Store shoes under the bench. -

That would be a great idea. I am not sure that we have enough room since our hallway is small and the door opens up to that wall.
