This would also be a good use for crab legs. We went to our local crab shack and they used something like a letter opening to slice open the crab legs after trying to crack them with a simple hand nut cracker. A letter opening with one side that was a razor blade would be ideal to gently slice that crab leg open and get all that luscious chunk crab meat out.
