Gently with a nice sharp clean putty knife. A small one would work best. Slow process, worth it.
Clean the knife with hot water as you go.
So sorry your installers did not do a proper job. I would call the owner of the company first to see if they will remedy for you. If not, here are some things you can try!

Should have been wipe off after filling the joints. If it's dried the only solution is hot water and red Scotch Brite pads. Sometimes vinegar and scrubbing will work.
Keep wiping it away
