Can I cover penny tiles in my bathroom without removing them?

You need to get some type of wet saw. They have inexpensive ones under 100 at most home centers and you can also rent them at home depot as well.
we got our tile cutter from Lowe’s a couple of years ago! It worked well but be carefully using it! It was $50
Like Sharon Suggests. You need a tile cutter. Can be purchased just about anywhere. Homecenter, hardware store, Walmart, etc.

Don't forget to put water in the wet saw. I've seen people forget this step.
A tile cutter is easy and inexpensive but is best for only a few tiles. If you have quite a few to do, I would rent a wet saw.
I don't think they are. I am handy and a woman-lol and have used them but that is not to say i didn't break a few tiles learning it. They can a bit messy as well as remember this is actually cement of type that you are cutting. That is what tiles is made of. If you find it easier you can do all the straight cuts and a lot of home centers will do the hard cuts if you trace them on a tile for a small fee. You can also sometimes get away with a rotary cutter or a pair of tile nips for trimming as well.
