The adhesive on the tiles is only holding temporarily then they start to peel. I need a permanent glue/adhesive solution. Thanks for any help I can get. PLEASE HELP.

You might wanna check with the manufacturer on that. Some adhesives dont have vertical strenght
I would put something very thin on the wall then add the tiles. The item would be removable if ever you changed your style. I would use the 3m strips in the refill package.
Yes, it can. Buy a good grade of self-stick tile though.
I used the cheap $10 a box tiles in one of my bathrooms on one wall. They look great. The only thing I suggest you do is buy a bucket of glue from day Lowe's or Home Depot, and use the glue on the back of each time before placing on wall. Unfortunately, I first out mine up without the glue, and they all came off. With the glue though, they look and work great.
