Any way to recycle irreplaceable bulb light fixtures?

I don't understand, I've never hear of a lamp or any light fixture that a bulb can't be replaced.

Are they halogen bulbs that you aren't supposed to touch barehanded?

Please clarify.

I've never seen a light fixture you can't replace, I would take a pic on yur cell phone and go to a dealer and ask how to change the bulb or contact customer service online. Those guys in the stores can help you fix just about anything in my experience of fixing my clients old mobile homes.
