I can't really see enough of your image to say for sure, but here is a page of repurposed stove images that may get your creative juices flowing: https://www.pinterest.com/theglassgarden/stoves-repuposed/
why not, mount it on a wall as a picture?
or.. use it in the shed/summerhouse/spare room to look like a fire but just as a focal point.
I would put it in the yard and either come up with a water-waterfall feature or have it as a planter. Maybe a fairy garden inside?
I know a gentleman who uses his for a nightstand.
Seen it used as small side table in a den.
How about a TV stand??
I also have one of these heaters, I decorate mine for the holidays I buy mini stockings and hang them as if it were a life size fireplace...it looks very cute and then I store it away when I'm not using it. sorry I don't have any pictures to show you.
How about something like this?

Old Radio Conversion.
nightstand /petbed. But the inside put nice comfy cushion inside for fido
I would build a small hearth for underneath out of scrap wood or even an old cardboard box. Reinforced underneath of course. I would cover the hearth in a 3d temp. Brick, stone, wallpaper. Its amazing how real this looks. Then maybe a smallbasket of twigs & pincecones. Purchase a couple fireplace tools from a thrift store or better yet, make your own with cardboard. Paint them gold, black, etc. Too cute and can be placed anywhere. U can even make flames and put small lights behind so the embers glow. Hope this helps. Your looking at maybe $30.00.
I have one of these. I'm painting it and taking out the inside. Putting in cute candles for a 'real' fireplace.
I had one of these heater fireplaces also and it also quit working so my husband went online and order the new parts for it for around $22.00 and it took about 20 to 30 minutes to fix it , that was about 8 to 9 years ago and it works like a champ still to this day. Now on the other hand if you aren't interested in fixing it, I know there are some great idea's out there for re purposing and one of my faves. would be the candles, romantic, soft and beautiful, and now they have the flame less, led battery operated ones which are beautiful with no fire danger.
If it has a glass window that you can open ,I would remove the inside faux items and paint the glass into a stain window effect. Or I live the other ideas how will you choose? The candles would look great especially different height and on auto battery powered timer. And for the holidays you can still dress them up because it won't burn. My mom has one of these I wonder if it still works. She had to return the first one. And I agree and applaud you for wanting to repurpose it because it just is homey and even turned of adds charm to a room.
