There are so many great ideas if you are looking to repurpose it. On pinterest I have seen them turned into office desks and even drinks cabinets.
It depends on what kind of organ it is. Old pump organs generally have fancy cases, and may have value to a musician or an instrument restorer who wants that particular sound! More modern (50’s-80’s) home organs have more sleek wooden cases and can be repurposed into desks (especially if they have a roll top), bars, or entertainment centers. The speaker cases can be repurposed, too. Be creative!

So many different types of organ. So hard to say without seeing what type you have. Some would be easy to repurpose others not much use. Post a picture of what you have.
Some great places to donate an old piano, organ, or just about any other instrument would be organizations such as churches, school music departments, and music programs.
One popular repurposing is to make the old piano case into a curvy bookshelf. Others use the same idea to hold objets d'art. Certainly, such a new use for an old piano can give one an instant conversation piece when visitors come to your home.
Additionally, organ parts, such as the keys and strings, can be used to create beautiful and functional art pieces like lamps, shelves, and even jewelry. For those who are musically inclined, the parts can also be used to build a new instrument or to repair other pianos.
Use the parts to make something else. The wood can be used to make a desk or bench. The keys, artwork, etc.
