How can I re-purpose a wooden sled?

I would like to use the wooden sled ( in excellent condition) as some kind of display in my yard, perhaps with flowers? Any ideas?

You could hang it on a wall or fence and hang plants from it.
Decorate seasonally like you would a wreath. You could add an arrangement to the piece with ribbons. You can hang as Ann suggested but the size will guide you to where you can place it.
There's a house in my neighborhood that has a sled leaning against it. Each season and/or holiday, they decorate it. I've also seen one turned into a coffee table that was cool.
