Are they plastic? Metal? Do they have lids? What size are they? You could take snacks out of boxes when you buy them and store them in there. If they are the metal can, you could wrap them with pieces of wall paper or fabric or construction paper or even paint them and use in a garage or storage space for items or tall utinsels that won't fit in a drawer to well. There is a way to fold plastic bags so that when they are put into a container with a lid, they pull out like tissue paper. Just cut the right size opening in the top of the lid. If it is the plastic ones, use for cat snacks? powered laundry detergent? sugar or flour storage of if you don't already have bigger containers. Hope these help!

Metal ones ..back in the day were used for gifts of Christmas cookies. The plastic ones tend to be a very small trash can, for those by products like gum wrappers, shopping recites etc.

I painted them orange some black. Froze water in them. Used patterns from pumpkin books and used an ice pick and hammmered out pattern. Once ice melts put a candle in them. Lined my walkway. So cute

I covered a large can with a Christmas print fabric using modge podge. I use it at Christmas time to hold my cooking utensils.

I use a lot of recycled containers to hold craft supplies. I remove the labels then add chalkboard labels available in the craft store. If they have a design on them just give the containers a quick coat of spray paint.
