We cut about a third of the cardboard out of the can, put holes in either end and ran a skewer through with a hot dog on it. Easy solar cooker, and the kids thought it was super great!! maybe warm marshmallows, too?

I put wrapping paper around mine and used it to hold my knitting needles. You could store all sorts of craft items in them. I thought the hot dog solar cooker is great!

Wow, what can't you make with those.  You can decorate the outside, cut a slit in the lid and make a bank.  Decorate the outside, cut an 5-6 inch arched section out of the side of the can on the side starting at the bottom, and decorate the inside.  Finish by sprinkling clear glitter all over the outside and adding a battery tea light inside.  The list is endless

Can paint any color for different holidays and use to send/store cookies. Also hold knitting needles, spaghetti, toy soldiers, little cars, dinosaurs, etc. So many possibilities! My young nephews loved those I personalized to their interests.

When my kids were little I used to make tunnels with them for their Brio wooden train sets. I would cut out a strip along the length of the tube and stick a piece of the track in the gap. I would paint the outside to the tube with a brick effect so that it looked like a brick tunnel. Much cheaper than buying the tunnels.

I like the glitter on the outside and tea light thing. Many years ago this woman I know made a Christmas craft out by cutting a hole about 2 inches from the bottom. Covered it with Christmas wrapping paper, then with glitter. In the top was a glass candle holder. When a candle was lite you could see to the bottle of the can where she had put some type of Christmas decoration. Can't seem to find a candle holder that will fit in the top without falling to the bottom.

donate them to your school, teachers use them for school mail and papers. this way things can be rolled up and put in them without destroying their work or art work. Works great for sending note back to the teacher too. the kids call them their mail tubes.

I took my 20% more Pringles can and covered it with spaghetti print paper and keep my spaghetti noodles in them. Easier to stand up in the pantry. Found the paper at Jo-Ann's.

When we were kids, my mother had us decorate Pringles cans by making little scenes in them.  Start by cutting a nice door at the bottom of the can - sort of like a mouse-hole, but large enough to glue little figures inside.  Then we covered the outside with a colored felt piece, cut to size and leaving an opening for the door.  I think we had to use just a thick coating of Elmer's glue.  Decorate the outside with whatever trinkets or embellishments you want.  Then the fun part is letting your kids (who have little hands) make their own pretty scenes inside.  We always used spray snow and made winter scenes with tiny trees and animals.  As a special touch, we used those tiny glass jars that pimento cheese or dried beef came in and put a tea candle in the glass.  The glass would fit perfectly down into the top of the can and lites up the scene quite well.  For safety purposes, you could use the led votives.  So pretty on a mantle!

Wrap them with gift wrap and use them as cookie stack or treat containers for those you give gifts to at the holidays. Just make sure the cookies are small enough to fit in the tubes. :)

They make cool turrets on a cardboard castle for the kids. Cut windows spray paint paint on details attach with glue gun.

Use them to wrap Christmas gifts in. No one would expect to find a necklace or bracelet in one of them. Wrap the gift in tissue paper and stuff it inside the Pringles can. They won't know what to expect from the shape of the container. For small children you can fill it with individually wrapped candy. The container will keep them fresh although I doubt the candy would last too long.

Add some rice; use colorful duck tape to wrap them (and make sure the top stays on) and your kids will have some instruments to play with! :D Make sure they help with the crafting :D

I made a stackable-can holder. Cut a window on each side leaving a section at the top and bottom to hold it totes there. Put 5 of them between a small lazy Susans top and bottom and glue in place after painting them. This makes more room in the cupboars. They hold camball soup size cans or smaller. Makes finding sauce and mushroom cans easy too find

I cover my extra tall cans with spaghetti print paper. Then store my spaghetti in it. The boxes that spaghetti comes won't stand up in my pantry. You have to use the extra large cans.
