How do I make a succulent mannequin?

We have a mannequin and would like to grow succulent plants out of it but not sure where to start. Has anyone done this. Also a wreath.

Is there material on it you could try putting cage around it so dirt will stay then put the plants it might be tuff at first but it will eventually stay keep it wet till it sticks
