You could replace a pantry door with it, make it into a table, a coat rack, or a potting bench. Here's a link with some more ideas:

Nail on some shelves, add hooks, etc. and make into a hall tree. They can then be painted or stained too. They .come out so adorable.

Put a good stain on it if you can and prop it up in a room, you could put hooks on it for stuff, or attach a shelf and mirror on it. Would make a great conversation piece.

Add legs to it and make a table. If it's a little rustic, paint and distress for a country look.
