What to do with empty powder drink containers?
I have about 200 empty powder drink containers with lids. there are 4 different shapes from different brands. Looking for ideas to repurpose.
Put them together and use it as a nap mat.
I made a bumper pad(cut in 1/2) , matching bed skirt (cut in same width as bumper pad & 1 twin size bottom sheet into the top of a warm double quilt. Used an old comforter for filler & queen size flannel top sheet for backing . pinned , tied & sewed together.
i cut the bumper pad in 1/2 lengthwise, bed skirt in wide strips & bed sheet in wide strips & put together. i have made 30 quilts since last spring, but only one like this one.
This is the quilt. The striped is bed skirt, the brown with stars is crib pad & plain, lite blue is twin bed sheet.
Use for kneeling pads when gardening or other tasks around the house where you would be on your knees at times.
Donate it or them.
