You could cut them square, sew together, make a pillow.
Could chuck them into a feedbag, and put into dog box/ house for pooches to sleep on.....

Sell them on eBay - shoulder pads are hard to find and someone , perhaps a designer, will be glad to buy them.

Pin them onto coat hangers to pad shoulders. Especially nice to prevent knits from stretching.

Use the shoulder pad on plastic hangers. Sew or staple the pads to the end of the plastic hanger.

The coat hanger idea has merit... especially if you were to use some dimensional fabric paint on them first.... let dry well and it will provide a little 'non slip' surface to keep silky things from slipping off the hanger I would use a wooden hanger then the shoulder pads won't slip around on them.

Kim... FYI.. shoulder pads are readily available at Joann's, in several colors and sizes... used ones on Ebay... would not be worth the effort to list them.

Pin cushions, if you are a sewer/crafter. Cover them with material (glue on), add a tiny bow, fancy colored sewing pins or safety pins and give to friends as gifts. Stuff a pillow for a funky lumpy look. Sachets for drawers, saturate the inside batting with essential oils. Sew together, if triangle shape and form into a Christmas tree, spray green, decorate with greenery and small festive ornaments or colored balls. Or give to a thrift store.
